My APBT pups behavior.

My 12 week old male pup is lazy,doesnt wanna go for walks,he pulls me back,I think there are loose dogs down our road.He sleeps alot and I don't think think he's eating enough.He eats about 2 cups of dry food a day.He's going back to the vet Friday for shots.At 9 weeks he weighted 12 pounds.

If there is a problem, perhaps the vet will find it.  it is rare for a dog not to eat all it needs.  Evaluate him using this link, http://www.longliveyourdog.com/twoplus/RateYourDog.aspx  Have the vet confirm what you find.  I think you will find he is eating OK.
