I have two new puppies, Gabriella I brought home two weeks ago, she is a sweet thing, but she does not have any expressions or does not play.  I thought if I got another puppie to keep her company she would start to respond.  She is an Italian greyhound and just cuddles u to us and walks like a robot with her tail and hips tucked under her.  She is a loving dog, but I am worried about her.  The new boy puppy is very playful with his tail held high and very sweet as well.  He tried to play with her, but she will not give him the time of day.  What can I do to make her more social?

You didn't say how old she is, or was when you got her.  The period between 6-12 weeks is very important to puppies.  If Gabriella saw little of other dogs and people in that period, you could expect exactly that behavior.  

It is tough undoing such abuse.  Give her plenty of attention.  Give her a break from the other puppy.  Don't let him and don't force yourself on her.  Just give her time.
