Puppy teething

My PWD puppy has a white small hard lump on the hinge of his jaw, looks like he might have bitten the area with is bottom teeth, but it feels very hard, should I be worried??  He has been playing a lot with a bully stick.

I would keep an eye on it, but not panic yet. If he is teething, this is probably a tooth coming in. If it seems excessively painful, if it gets red, inflamed, or feels  very hot to the touch, I would take him to the vet to have it checked out. I would also watch it to make sure that it does show improvement over the next few days. If it doesn't go away, or gets worse, in the next 2-3 days, might be a good idea to call a vet. Unfortunatly, I can't diagnose what I can't see :)
