can i give my puppy milk he is about 15wk old what is the best thing to give him and also he keeps dribbleing all over does he have a urine infection

Please take your puppy to your vet, who can give you the best information on appropriate diet. In the mean time, do not give a puppy milk, or any other 'human food', as his little body is just not equipped to handle it. Your vet can also test for an infection, although at his young age, it is likely he is just excited and not yet able to control his little bladder.  You need to get immunizations for him, and a well-check visit, so please, take him to a vet or vet clinic, and find out what the best food is for him. Puppies eat different food than adult dogs - and very different from humans!
