Our yorkie x bichon puppy has just finished her first heat and now she had 6 bruised nipples and a hardness around them any ideas?? The top two do not?? Thanks

The nipples do enlarge with maturity (the top two are usually fairly useless and remain smaller than the others). In her case, it sounds like she might be beginning a false pregnancy, in which case her symptoms of pregnancy will increase. Be sure to get her spayed as soon as possible to cut down on the wild hormones.
