dobermans head morphology

I have a couple of Doberman, brother and sister of 8 months old. They are both developing a hump between the ears. The female's is really impressive. They are in good health. Is that hump normal?

If you are referring to the dog's occiput at the back of the skull, it should not be too prominent.
