what do u give for pain and how many days to stay off of it

Hi Monica,

Thank you for writing to me.  

Your dog may have injured himself more than is apparent to you.  Dogs do not show pain unless it is serious.  I think this calls for a visit to your vet as soon as possible.  There could be some broken bone involved. Do NOT give tylanol.
