k.c.spaniel spaying

i have a 3 month old puppy,he seems to hump things,but i see no balls..(yet?
)..has he been spayed or the balls did not drop yet being he is too young?what
is the age i will know for sure?

If you look closely, you may see a slight swelling in the area now, or soon. The testicles will soon drop.  The best answer for most dog owners is to have the male neutered by 6 months.  Talk to your vet,perhaps if you are in soon for shots.  

Some puppies hump everything almost from the beginning.  it is more about dominance than sex.  Don't worry about it.
