Blockage?

Question
I currently have added a 6th rescue to my animal kingdom. Akiva Raine is a 4 month old blue pit and a blessing to our home. She recently ate a ball (tennis ball size), at least that is what I think. I have searched high and low through my home and the ball is gone. The only thing that remains is the rope handle that was attached to it. I also found very small bits of ball along with the fuzzy stuff in that same vicinity. Her food and water consumption is normal, but her stools are not. Well, I take that back; some are normal and some are very gooey and bloody looking. I had her in the house this afternoon with another of our rescue pups for some indoor socialization lessons and there was a little present in the dining room for me when I came out of the bathroom. Honestly, I could not tell if it was vomit or feces. It was very watery, blood specks and something fibery looking.
Should I put her on a bland diet? Should I make her vomit? Is there something I should do to flush her out (a laxative for dogs or something)?
I do all my own vaccinations at home and just spent hundreds of dollars spaying and neutering all my rescue dogs and all the feral cats around here. If I could avoid another trip to the vet, that would be great. Of course Akiva's wellbeing and safety is priority, but I thought I would seek your advice first.
Thank you so much!

Penny-

First, avoid laxatives that can potentially permanently damage Akiva's stomach and intestinal lining!

Try a little cod liver oil and some canned pumpkin, to give her stomach a bit of a "flush". If she isn't exactly blocked, but is just having a bit of trouble passing the ball bits, then that could really help. However, if you see her still vomiting, or having very bloody stools and seeming depressed or in pain, then of course a trip to the vet for a palpation and x-ray is in order. Boiled rice will help ease her as well. Make sure she is drinking LOTS of fluids.

At 4 months old, has she had all three of her puppy combos, or did you just get her? Of course, Parvo is always a concern when I hear of bloody stools in a puppy.

I hope she feels better soon!!!!! Thanks for rescuing!
