crusrt spot under armpit

Hi,
My 14 week puppie, who is mostly german shepard, has got 2 crusty spots that are slightly red with a bit of gunge {wet) which are about 1+1/2 cm
could you please tell me whatb this is or what could have caused this soon

Your dog's crusty sores can be a number of things ranging from insect bites, Ringworm, Eczema, or plenty of other things. Treatments will vary depending on what the problem is!

Not being a doctor, all I can offer you is guesswork, and your dog deserves much better than that! Your dog needs to be examined by your veterinarian to get a proper diagnosis, so treatment can begin.
