bassette hound puppie

my bassette puppies does not have long ears the are slightly long but nothing like other bassets . . . did the lady who sold here to me lie about her bread? or will her ears just grow in or i don't know do all basssette puppies have long ears?

If the dog isn't papered,it could be possible that the dog is mixed with something else,like a beagle,but if the puppy has papers it is still possible that she lied to you,although it is harder to lie with papers

Usually basset hound puppies have VERY long ears,but this in itself does not mean it isn't a purebred,it could be a purebred that is out of standard,but will still make a good pet
