Small black boils

Question
My 18 month scottish terrier has small black boils on the sides of his groin where there is no hair. They are like pinkish and are black on the top. He doesn't seem to be in any sort of pain when I touch them. He behaves normal. He eats around 1-1 nd a hlf cup of dry food a day and weighs 20 pounds. Please let me know if there is anything serious about it or wether it is jst normal.

I need a little more information please, When did he get them? Are they asymmetrical and on both sides? Exactly where are they located? Are they all the same size and are you sure he doesn't have  them where he has hair and you just haven't noticed them? :)
