PUPPY HAS SMALL BUMP

WE HAVE THREE NEW PUPIES ONE HAS A SMALL BUMP AROUND THE BLADDER WHAT CAN IT BE ALSO SHE HAS PROBLEMS WALKING SHE IS 4 WEEKS OLD SHE GOT IT ABOU 1 WEEK AGO

I'm guessing by around the bladder you mean near her vagina, or if it's a male near where his testicles would be? This is likely a hernia. If it's causing her discomfort when walking. you should have her seen by a vet immediately. I can't diagnose health problems and it's difficult to give advice with so few details., But I STRONGLY urge you to take your pup to the vet asap. If there is pain, tenderness, fever, lethargy , lack of appetite along with the bump, then it's an emergency situation.
