Why is my puppy so lazy?

Hi, i got a  pekingese puppy two days back. He is two months and 2 days old and he is so lazy. He sleep all the time and only wakes up to eat his food and to drink water. Should i take him for check up? He hasn't had any of his shots yet and even deworming.Otherwise he is healthy. I also had a 3 and a half months old peke who hasn't yet complete his his shots. Is it ok for them to be together?

Your new puppy could just be needing more time to adjust.  It would be a good idea to get him to the vet to start his shots and worming next week.  The vet can better judge the lack of activity after seeing him than I can.  

It would be possible that your new puppy is sick and could infect the other one.  It would be very difficult to keep him from infecting the other even if you don't let them be together.  So you may as well let them enjoy playing together.  Any damage may already be done.
