Dog Urine in Grass

Question
I have a little dog area behind my house that my dog has access to when we are gone so he doesn't go in the house.  The problem is the area is not huge so it is smelling like urine pretty bad and is starting to smell up the breezeway in our house and Im sure our neighbors don't like it very much either since it buts up to their fence. Do you know of anything I can put down that will kill the odor yet not kill the grass?  Im desperate.

Answer
Hi Jennifer,

Odor Destroyer Dry Outdoor Pet Urine Odor Remover, sounds exactly what you're looking for:

Another product that can be used outside to neutralize urine odors is
"PeeAway!": http://www.peeaway.com/

You might try sprinkling Baking Powder on the smelly area outside. I've read some people recommend having a spray bottle with 1/4 white vinegar and 3/4 of water, and spray the area with that. Hosing the area down once a day can also help with the smell.

Best of luck,

Patti
