agressive behaviour

Question
Hi, I rescued a jindo type dog a year ago, he is fixed, and is about 3 or so years. The problem is this:  He will not get along with my wolf/dog. She is 15 yrs old, and is alpha, although she is not the aggressor. He constantly attacks her, ( I have another dog too, but he doesn't bother her # and tries to take her place.  When I caught him, it took me 4 hrs in the pouring rain, and alot of patience, he was almost dead. I had never seen a skinnier animal in my life, and I work with rescues all the time. He also has 2 deformed and chewed up ears, # possible dog fighting # and his 2 top fang teeth have been cut or filed down. I think he was possibly a bait dog for pitbull fighting, or something.  Loud noises trigger a crazy panic response him, # fireworks, back fires, and especially any power drills or tools ) and he goes crazy and either jumps over fences, and/or chews and rips them to pieces, or he looks for my wolf and jumps her, or anyother dog that is around him. I cant get rid of him because he is a problem dog, and if he goes to a shelter they will automatically kill him. I have decided to keep him, but I desperately need help. There is so much more, but I don't want to bore you. Is there any way you can help me with some training tips? Please don't tell me to get a pro trainer, because I cant afford one. No one I know likes this dog, and they all want me to get rid of him.  One last thing, he gets along great with kids, and has never shown any aggression with people.

Answer
I am sorry, but a dog that is used as a bait dog is usually emotionally ruined.  He needs to go to a family with no other animals so he doesn't have to live in fear.  That is why he is attacking he is afraid he will be attacked.  I would ask your vet to put him on prozac for awhile to see if he can have some alterations in his outlook, but I don't know if that will help him.
