Question
i have a 3 month old border collie/lab mix,she tries to bite me a lot and sometimes she would just attack me or jump on my neighbors and start biting them. i have tried to scream and not play for about 5-10mn when her teeth touch my skin but she just seems to get worse everyday.she also gets lots of exercise, she also seems to bite more often when shes inside the house.that is why we keep her outside most of the time.Have any suggestions.and she has not been spayed yet.

Answer
She is being a normal, playful puppy, Willan. I recommend that you look into enrolling in an obedience class with her, so that you can learn how to appropriately react to her nipping and teething phase. One thing you can do is to firmly rap under her chin with your fore and middle fingers when she bites you. Gradually increase the amount of force you use, each time you have to do it, and she will soon stop.
