Yorkie wont eat after being sick

How can I get my Yorkie to eat after being very sick and is no getting stronger?

There is stuff at the pet store called nutra vitamin  or it sounds like that, it is in the medical isle.  It is thick paste and you put it on the roof of their  mouth.

You may also try human meat baby food and put it in the side of her mouth with a teaspoon.  If she fights really hard when you put it in her mouth try a little on her lips, her paw.  Sometimes they lick it off.

You can also use a large syringe to put it to the back of their mouths...

I found that a juicy steak bone (don't leave her alone with this) kick starts them off eating, too.
Make sure it is a very large bone and cannot be swallowed or broken.  It should be a juicy one.

Try liverwurst, small pieces, anything that is smelly.

Try rare deli roast beef.   

Once your dog starts eating she will be on the right track and you can go back to her regular dog food.  If you find she just wants the "treat food"  then mix it with the dog food and decrease it until she is eating well
