Question
I read where declawing is not good cause it is connected to the bone. Ok I have a inside dog that's stays in the house 24/7 unless to go outside to potty only. her claws are bringing strings up in my carpet and my landlord isnt happy. what do i need to do? declaw or dremel or what?

Answer
You can't have her declawed.  That would be like amputating her toes.  Have them trimmed and dremeled every 2 weeks and buy some area rugs.  That will cover your landlords carpet and her quicks will eventually recede.  The more often you have a dogs nails clipped or dremmeled it causes the vein inside (quick) to recede back, if you do this long enough and frequently enough you can make your dogs nails extremely short where the don't even touch the floor.  Good luck.
