my questions are about double coated dogs being shaved down. i dont agree when people say that they arent cooler when you shave them. where did they come up with that. they really dont kno how the dog feels once shaved down. dogs dont talk. how can a double coated dog not be cooler once shaved down. its hair is all gone like us if we shaved our heads we would be cooler in summer. hope you can answer this question for me thanks

It takes each expert 30-60 minutes and sometimes longer to answer questions. You have asked several private questions and it is very time consuming to answer all of them. Most of the experts have full time jobs and family commitments. Please do a little research . . . read a book, watch videos, etc.

You write (in one of your many private questions) that you asked other groomers online to answer your questions but they failed to respond. I think I can speak for them by emphasizing that we are not compensated for our time. We do it because we love our chosen field and we want to help the general public with grooming advice. This board is not meant for one person to ask a multitude of questions that are contrary in tone; nor is it the role of volunteers to "prove" anything to you. We are not scientists. We are animal lovers. And we have little time to answer a host of questions from one person. And no, I will not give you my personal email.
