Bichon grooming/bathing

My bichon smells like wet dog really bad.  I was told I was bathing her too much (twice a month) and to wait at least four weeks.  I brush and have spray during that time but she still smells bad.  Is there anything else I can do?

As long as you use a moisturizing shampoo like an oatmeal shampoo you should be able to bathe her more often.  You should blow dry her and use cologne.  Other than that if she still stinks maybe she has a skin problem.  Let me know if you have any more question.
