skin irritation

My dog wiz is 10 years old, he has really bad flaky skin. Its gotten really bad after using fleas and tick spray. What can i do to get rid of this flaky skin problem? Please help. Thank you.

Why are you using something that is obviously toxic to your poor old fella? It is a reaction, probably to both the flea bites and the chemicals.
You will need to get a fatty shampoo (like Dermaplex )and soak him in it for the duration the directions say. Make sure you rinse him very- very- and again very well.
You may have to repeat this several times and then again, what say you have the vet have a look.
May be internal as well as external
