riley has a sudden rash

hi marie we hav talked before,probably don remember and i know your more into diet but you were so informative about so much i was certain you could help you did before I need your advice asap its sun nighti I just noticed a circular rash on my 1 yr old goldens groin area hes very light so it stood out its the size of a nickel looks like it could be ringworm,but he also was bitten by a tick 5 weeks ago, he also had 2 lyme vacines as a 4 month old pup it doesnt look like a bullseye rash ive seen in picture just a even slighltly red border.i put lotrimin cream for fungus to see if that helped any im waiting to see.my vets away so i thought you could give me some advice.  i hope to hear from you soon ,  linda

Hi Linda, Increase his NuVET to 2 wafers per day for 5 days.
Also, I bet it would be fine with your vet to give him 1 of a 25 mg Benadryl today and 1 night.
Most vets will tell folks to give Benadryl over the phone.

See your vet if this continues after 3 days.
