The best solution to dogs that eat their own feces is cleaning them up before they have a chance.  Can you keep them away from her?  Feeding the dog pineapple juice or canned pumpkin stops it is some cases.  I guess you could try eating some yourself.  There are commercial products, but I am not sure I would want to eat them myself.  

Dogs seldom have access to human feces here, but have been known to eat them if they had a chance.  If the dog is eating a commercial dog food, chances are it isn't diet related and changing it diet won't help.
