is it ok for my 8 week old fox terrier to eat hunman food.

A tiny, tiny bit as a treat would be OK.  Like less than a tablespoon per day.

It's a major hassle to do the amount of research and put together all the supplements you would need to do to make sure the food meets all the dietary requirements of any dog, let alone a baby puppy.

I encourage you to buy the very best puppy kibble you can.  A dog that size doesn't eat much so I would think you could afford some of the better brands like Wellness, Eagle Pack, etc.  These companies not only make some of the best food on the market (human grade ingredients, ideal ingredient combinations, etc) but they provide the quality nutrition your baby deserves.

Have fun with the new kid !  Remember to spay/neuter when old enough !
