Yorky shots and heartworm

I read one of your responses and I am going to skip this year s shots.  He got so sick last year, we thought he was going to die.  what do you use for Heartworm prevention?

I do not put chemicals into my dogs only when necessary it is killing them, causing cancers, tumors etc.  I only give my dogs a booster shot every 2 to 3 years.  
What wormer as many top breeders do with ZIMECTRIN horse wormer on one mi only each month I mark a dog calendar the 22nd of every month they are wormed and it has the same ingredient as Heart Guard you pay alot for and is bad.  I have a Docter friend that studies all this stuff about dogs as well as I do also.  He found the ingredient as they were also buying Heart Guard for a pup they raised from me now two years old.  He said, GEEsss it has the same thing Kathy, drop this junk and do what Pat is doing.  My dogs test negative for worms anytime I need to take them in for a 3 yr Rabi by law I must with a kennel license.  My pups test negative and finally my vet ask what do u do as pups always have worms, I use over the counter wormer from Wal Mart called Early Worm for pups at ten days old till they go to the vet for a health certificate at six weeks I worm every two weeks.  I did this with my horses also every month they were also wormed and found I can do my dogs now some top Breeders are doing it because they ask me about how to cut costs and keep the dogs healthy.  It is also called Iver Care, Roemectrin, etc.  as long as it has the mectrin on the end it is good to get heart worms.  I usualy do not advertise this as it is at your own risk of course but I am answering a question that you want to know and this is it  man.  My dogs are gorgeous, healthy, fine coats n skin and no fleas nor ticks cause I use Bug Off from wwww.springtimeinc.com and Fresh Factors along with Joint Guard or Health forget just what they call it but twice a year i mail in an order of near $500 for their products as I have 8 Shepherds along with usally a litter to use on also.  I hot lime my acreas yearly early spring to kill any eggs, bugs, etc. and we have no nats, flies, things that bother u when your out at night in your head, etc.  So, hence my dogs pick up no new disease or fleas and I have NEVER seen a tick in my near now 68 years old.  Hope this helps you out to prevent your dog from getting unnecessary chemiclals, watch my site for tips to keep dogs safe on Pat's Notes page at www.vomschreknhaus.com  Also is great is apple cider vinegar I will be reposting soon great for people and animals for many causes and I sold a pup to a docter that agreed,   So keep an eye on Pat's notes page and watch for good things for dogs.
