jack russell aggression

Question
We have a one yr. old female named Zoila that wants to be dominant over our other 2 dogs. They are about 7 yrs old. Zoila is very aggressive toward Sadie which the other female Jack Russell, but gets along with a terrier mix named Sammy. Zoila has attached Sadie 3 times now and bites her and won't let her go. In one of those attacks, there was blood shed but not too serious! We love all of them and want Zoila to get along with Sadie. We we told by an animal behaviorist that we should treat her (even though she is the youngest) as the alpha dog. This is fine, but how do we stop her from being so aggressive?! This is really upsetting us and we do not want her to have to leave our home.
Please advise!

Answer
Hi Martha
It is highly big problems to have females together in the first place and yes, one is going to try and rule and fight and maybe kill one or both.
It is just dog nature to have a Ruler.
Now, it is time that you become the BOSS AND LEADER of your dogs.
Get a spray bottle of water add a tad bit of vinegar and when it starts trouble, spray directly into its face, holler loudly NO NO THIS WILL STOP NOW!
Be firm in your voice, posture and in handling the situation from now on.

Kind Regards
