Question
MY GIRL POODLE IS BLEADIN AND I DONT KNOW IF ITS HER PIRIOD SHES MINATURE AND 9 MONTHS

Answer
Hello,
Yes, it sounds like your female Poodle is in heat.  Female dogs tend to come into heat around 9-12 months of age.  You need to keep your girl with you and contained for about 3 weeks until she is out of heat so that she doesn't get bred.  Females will begin their heat cycle by bleeding.  After 9 days from when you first see blood, the girl will be in standing heat (where she is ready to be bred).  She will stay in Breeding Heat for about a week.  During this time, she CAN become pregnant if she is bred, which is why she must not leave your site until she is out of heat.  Girls in heat will go looking for males and the males can smell your girl from a long way off and will come and try to find her so they can breed her.  It is your responsibility to keep her out of reach of the boys until she is out of heat.

If you are planning on getting your dog spayed, you should do it before her next heat (in 6 months).  If you intend to breed her, you should wait until she is 2 yrs old before letting her have a litter of puppies.  This gives her body time to prepare for having a litter of puppies.

I hope this helps you some.  If you have other questions, please feel free to ask.
