Answer
Hello Harry,
It is best for the interest of your dog to get her spayed.  This helps eliminate her risk for reproductive cancers that can kill her.  It also eliminates her chances of becoming pregnant from other dogs in the neighborhood.
It is ok to keep her intact (where she can become pregnant) if you plan on breeding her, but before breeding your dog, you need to ask yourself why you are breeding her.
If it is just to raise a litter of puppies to see the puppies being born or for monetary gain (to make $$) then you shouldn't have puppies.  There are alot of puppies in the pounds now because people wanted to have puppies and then were not able to sell them.
If your dog is a really nice representation of the breed and you want to breed her to help improve the breed, then you need to take the proper steps before you breed her.
You need to find her a high quality male with no faults to breed her with, you need to take her to a Vet and get her checked to make sure that there is nothing genetically wrong with her that she could pass on to her puppies, and you need to make sure that you have people lined up to take the puppies once they are born so that they don't go to the pound, or that you are stuck with her left over puppies (the average litter for a Miniature Poodle is 4-6 puppies)
Once this is done, then you can begin the process of breeding your girl.

Whatever your decision, keep the best interest of your dog in mind.
She will thank you for it in the end.

I hope this helps you.  If you have other questions or concerns about your dog, please feel free to ask.
