Question
I understand that blue eyes in poodles is considered to be a flaw.  Are there any concerns for the health of these dogs?

Answer
Hello Joyce,
Though blue eyes will exclude your dog from being shown in Comformation, there are no health issues that I can find that comes from a Poodle having blue eyes.
I do know that some breeds, such as Great Danes, Shelties, Boxers, etc can have blindness problems when they have blue eyes, but that is due more to a "too much white factor" rather than the blue eyes themselves.  I would advise against reproducing this dog though, to be on the safe side.

If you are still unsure, you might contact your Vet to see what they think.

I hope this helps you some.  If you have other questions for me, please feel free to ask.
