Well, that depends on how many eggs were dropped and how many were fertilized during breeding, but the average size litter for a small toy is between 1-3 puppies.  Whether its their first litter or not doesn't have alot to do with how many puppies they will have.  

If you would like to know how many puppies your dog is planning to have, you can have an ultrasound done on her at around her 45th day.  This will give you an idea of how many puppies are present in her womb and how many to expect on her delivery day.
