***you can give the baby some wet food with a little dry..  I like innova ( EVO) small bites..
I believe they have a puppy kibble - dry and wet ( canned)
Also, Chicken Soup for the Puppy's soul is good... You can find both of them at a local pet store.

If he won't take the food you can get formula ( puppy formula) - found in most pet stores.  You could syringe feed him... or her?
