potty train maltese

Question
hi, i am getting a Maltese puppie and i live in a first floor apartment (which
has some grass outside, but no fence) and i want to know what is the best
way to potty train him so not too many mistakes happen in the carpet inside
the house, we do have some tile inside if the best option is to paper train him.
and if you could tell me the steps i have to go through for the best way to
potty train him.

Hello, sorry its taking me so long to reply, i would suggest firstly to master the puppy pads on your tiles then eventually learn to take out on grass at intervals during the day, some of my past answers should help you and also please remember if accidents happen to use an odour and stain remover, kind regards
