Feeding???

What should i be and how many times a day should i be feeding a six month old lab???

Almost any of the common brands of adult chow should be fine.  Puppy chow leads to faster growth than is good for a growing large breed's joints.  Much of what you read about dog chow, especially on the net, is marketing hype from those selling the premium chows.  They have no proof their chow is better, and speculate endlessly about the ingredients.  No, I don't find some of what goes into dog chow appetizing.  I literaly do see thousands of dogs doing fine on the muchly disparaged common chows. If you know what the dog was eating before, it could be a good idea to continue.  Sudden changes of diet
can cause digestive upsets.  

At 6 months, you can cut back to once a day if you want.
