jack russell turning colour

hello,, my friends jack russel has just had 2 pups,,,,well 8 weeks ago,, and we have noticed she has red patches coming all over her body and is showing through her fur,,,,do you know wat this could be ?????

Unfortunately without actually seeing them I'm not sure what it is, but it SOUNDS LIKE allergies. Perhaps they are allergic to the food they have been giving? Wish I could be more help but I need more info. Red patches on the skin could me any number of problems ranging from parasites, to food allergies, to dermatitits to sarcoptic mange. Whatever it is, it's NOT normal. The pups should go see a vet right away. Good luck to your friend.
