Question
how do i potty train my jack russel terrier? and why should i not scold or punish my dog when he goes potty inside?why does my dog go potty right after i leave the house or i leave him for a few min in the car?

Answer
You should start as soon as you get the puppy.
Feed 3 small meals at the same time everyday and this helps regulate when they "go" and helps you to determine their pee/poop schedule.
Take him out regularly, every two hours is not too much.
Praise him like CRAZY when he does what he's supposed to.
Yelling at him after he's had an accident in the house doesn't do anything because they live "in the moment" and don't really understand why you're yelling.
Catching him in the act is the best way to teach them from not going in the house. THAT'S when you YELL NO!!, scoop him up and get him OUT!
No food or water should be given after 7:00pm which helps to keep his crate clean and dry in the night.
As they get older, they can "hold it" much longer.
He's probably nervous when you leave him which is why he has the accidents when you are out of site. It will get better as he gets older and knows you're not leaving him forever. :)
Take him out often and keep on praising.
It's not easy but they learn fast and it's well worth the effort once it sinks in.  Good luck!!
