Hi. I was wondering if it's true that Golden Retrievers don't do well in apartments? Is that the case even if the dog is taken for long walks once or twice a day?

that is false. goldens will do quite well in apartments. as long as you give them the exercise they need they will do fine!  *hope i helped*    -Madison

well it depends on the dog... mine needs about 2 long walks to keep her energy down so she wont tear up my house! it also depends on how old your dog is. mine is 3 and she loves to be outside and run. if it is a puppy she/he would get tiered faster than an adult dog would. just when you see him/her getting restless you should just take him/her for a little run. golden are very well tempered dogs. he/she will sort of tell you when he/she wants to go.   -Madison
