Crate training a bust

Question
I have a 13 week old Bichon who when I try to crate train has no problem soiling herself. I have tried the smallest crate she can fit in and she will either soil herself or go on the floor (after I have put her in the litter box). She seems to get the, "go in the litter" (I have her litter box in a large cage by itself) but when I let her out to play with the 2 Toy Poodles and the male Bichon after a minute of play she goes on the floor. I no longer put her in the crate because she would get litterally 6 or more mini baths a day. Now I have her in the large cage by herself with the litter box and let her out only a few minutes at a time but that is just not fair to her. Can you give me some kind of advice that will help my little baby, Please? Thanks, Robyn

Why have this poor dog if crated like this.  If u cannot train her like the others find her a good home.
Crates are used only for bedtime and when gone for a few hours.   After trained crates are gone gone gone.;
She is doing this outta spite because u have so many she might feel neglected and of course she is in a  way being shut with a litter box in a crate how cruel.  The stupid poodles run loose why not her she is smarter than that breed for sure.
She is just a baby for GOD'S sake get a life and let her be a puppy and if she pees, put some papers down at the door and so be it.  She needs to be a playful happy puppy not a trained monster like Poodles.  She is much more eduated in her young mind than they, give her time like the male and she will be fine, but shutting her in a crate i do not even care to discuss this nonsense.
You might want to read or buy the Monks of New Skete's Book How to Raise A Puppy on www.dogsbestfriend.com and yes they are shepherds but they work with many breeds and educate u also on how to with so many dogs.
