Weight of German shephered

My puppy is 7 months old. Its weight is only 15kgs. Is any chance the puppy become larger in size or it wont grow ?

At that age you may have already noticed its growth slowing.  If it has been eating a good diet, it may be near its adult size.  Some dogs turnout to be small.  Check the ends of the leg bones.  If they are still much knobbier than an adult's, the growth plates are still open and it is still growing.  If not, do not expect much more growth.
