How do we control him?

We've had our german shepherd since he was 6 weeks old, he is fine out on walks with the owner which is a woman, our dog hates other woman and other dogs. He is also jealous of the owners son but is fine with her other two, they are much older. what do we do to control his aggression and interact him wiht other people and other dogs, Thanks,

Hi James,  I need some questions answered before I can help.

1.  Where did you get the dog from?
2.  Did you meet both parents?
3.  If you met both parents, how was their temperment?
4.  How old is the dog now?
5.  How old was the dog when the first aggressive incident happened?  Growling etc.
6.  If you can describe in great detail what happens when these aggressive moments happen, it will help to figure out what the dog is thinking during these incidences.  I need to know how the person approaches the dog, how does the dog intially react i.e. hair raised, growling etc.  Does he go after a person when they are walking away or coming forward?  Do they extend a hand or not?  These are the type of things I need to know.
