Behavior Change in our dog

Question
We have a 2 & 1/2 year old german sheperd.  He's a great dog who has been professionally trained.  Recently he's been going to the bathroom in our house and destroyed a few things.  He has not behaved like this since he was a puppy.  What could be the cause? He has never been fixed.

Hi Elizabeth,  What kind of training has your dog had?  Also, has something changed in your household (someone move in or out, new animals) anything different?  Normally a dog will change his behavior when something has changed in their environment to upset them.  Let me know the answers and maybe I can help.  Also is he hiking his leg or something else?  I need more of a description of what is going on.
