Hi,  Did they run a stool sample on the dog to check for parasites?  Also, you need to leave her on the food for a good week for the stools to get normal.  If it is hot, most GSDs will go off their feed a little so that will make it harder.  Try feeding as late at night as possible when it is the coolest, and you can also add warm water to it to make it more enticing for her.  Make sure the puppy is on a puppy food as she will need the extra calcium for 2 years.  Let me know if they ran the stool sample at the vet for parasites.

Answer
Hi Heidi,  Have them run a stool sample again.  obviously if you found a tapeworm, then the sample you sent in didn't have eggs in it (it's called a false neg).  Ask them to really check for Coccidia.  That will cause constant diarrhea.  It is a parasite that is very difficult to get rid.  It requires special medication, not normal wormer.  Was she vaccinated for Corona?  Corona is a virus that is a cousin to Parvo and has the same symptoms as Parvo except the stools aren't bloody.  They don't normally vaccinate for it, so I would check to see if she has been vaccinated for it.  They might want to approach from that angle.  Hope this helps,
