german shepard ears

our shepard/ collie mix 145pound male mated with a small 29 pound pit bull mix and had 3 cute puppies. we are trying to decide if they will take after the shepard and their ears will stand. they are 9 weeks old .when do they stand if they are going to? thanks

Nine weeks old is early, but within the wide normal range.  Some don't come up until even 6 months.  

I hope you realize you had no business letting that mating happen.  If you can't control him, get him neutered.  Even if you find homes for the 3 puppies, that is 3 other dogs that will be slaughtered for lack of homes.  Check www.petfinders to see how many Shepherd crosses need homes.
