4.5 month old shep not wanting to eat well

Hi, We live in Penang, Malaysia. We have a GSD and he is now 4.5 months old, he is totally adorable. The only concern we have now is, he is not wanting to eat well.  He generally eats a bit in the evening but do not want to eat at all in the morning and afternoon.  
We have tried giving him cannned food, dry food (Euro, Premium brand Lamb and Rice), Rice with Egg White, Boiled Beef & Lamb.  However, we are not able to get him to eat well at all. Am not sure if he is really picky with food or he is feeling like this due to his teething problem...his consumption of food has declined. Or we are not giving him something that he likes.
He is healthy and all and even the doctor has checked. We are concern of his growth and nutrition.

Hi Raju,  GSD's tend to go off their feed at certain times in their lives.  Sometimes putting hot water on their food and letting it soak can help to stimulate their appetite.  You should only be feeding him twice a day, and he may be naturally knocking himself down to once a day.  A lot of GSDs just do better eating once a day in the evening.  As long as he maintains his weight and doesn't lose too much, he should be fine.  Hope this helps,
