Bonine for dogs

I have a little 11 pound Yorkshire Terrier that vomits whenever we take him in the car. Can I give him 1/2 or 1/4 Bonine Pill for Motion Sickness it works great for me, I also suffer from car sickness.

I can't say.  I think most foods and drugs that are safe for people, are safe for dogs, but some aren't.  A good example are the new pain killers acetophen and Ibroprofen.  Safer than aspirin for people, but deadly to dogs.  Also grapes, raisins, chocolate, Xylitol, and who knows what next.  

I seldom suggest feeding a dog anything but dog food, or giving it medicine other than directed by a vet.
