german shepherd pregnancy

Question
Our female German Shepherd's last heat cycle was over 3 months ago. We separated her so she would not be bred. She has not had a heat cycle since then (it would be too soon anyway, correct?), but she is leaking milk from her teats and they are swollen. She also looks a little rounded in her belly. I plan on taking her to the vet - just looking for some quick advice.
Thanks,
RM

Answer
False pregnancies including producing milk are fairly common and can drag on for 3 months.  If she was bred, she would have whelped by now.  A vet visit will at least reassure you and the vet may be able to control the false pregnancy or treat any problems.
