The Pup with the excitable bladder

My dog shadow pee's all over the place when hes excited...or when he gets disciplined,or scared. ( I usually yell...though I shouldn't) how can i get him to stop this behaviour....also whats a good cleaner to get that urine out,and get rid of the smell...his urine is oily, and pungent..

Use citrus Orange for clean ups.
I had a girl from Germany arrive this way when she was left out of her kennel for the day she would loose it and I just petted her, hugged her and ignored it and she quit.
I never scolded her for this as it is just a nervous bladder and temperment and the dog must learn to respect, love and obey without being so frightened and nervous about it.  Do not holler at this pet for it will make this worse, try and just be firm in positive commands, stop and love your pet and work out of this nervous type of temperment and let him gain confindence in you and all.
