Sick German Shepherd

I have a 6 month old female German Shepherd who has recently become sick
with the flu (& diarrhea) after we visited the dog park.  I took her to the vet on
Saturday and she got 2 shots and some meds, I was told to give her a bland
diet for a few days.  She appeared to look better later that day and was almost
back to herself on Sunday.  Now (Monday) she is laying around looking
miserable.  Is there anything I can do to help her get better?  The Vet also said
she had a large larynx, is this something to be worried about?

I would get back with the vet.  Veterinarian medicine is even less predictable than human medicine.  Sometimes the first treatment doesn't solve the problem.  

Ask the vet about he larynx.  As I said in my profile, I am not that strong in the medical area.
