fear

i got 5months german shepherds,he is always scared from outside people and other dogs.wht should we do?please suggest?

Most likely it a lack of early socialization.  It is much more difficult to train a dog to accept new things after it is 12 weeks old.  Be very positive, greet people and other dogs warmly.  Control your emotions.  He will sense any stress you feel and think it is the strangers, adding to his fears.  When people come, have them avoid looking the dog in the eye or letting their teeth show in a smile.  Have them offer him treats, but not pat the top of his head.

Restrain other dogs and let him approach them.  Dogs know how to avoid threatening other dogs.
