german sheperd itches all the time

I cant get my german sheperd to stop itching does dog food with corn in it cause this? I bathe her in oatmeal shampoo. I there a pill with oil in it? I heard fish oil isnt good for the kidneys?

Those selling foods without corn in them are very emphatic about corn being a problem.  Many dogs do quite well on food that contain corn.  Feed a decent chow and as little else as possible, seldom if ever bathe the dog, and brush it daily with a soft bristled brush. You might add a teaspoon a day of liquid cooking oil to its food.
